Starting in the fall of 2026, the Richland Community Library will be offering technology help through one-on-one appointments with our staff.
Through these 15-30 minute appointments, patrons can ask questions on a variety of topics and
receive personal assistance & guidance.
How It Works
-
Read through the Terms & Conditions before requesting an appointment to make sure that we can help you with your particular question.
-
Fill out the Tech Help Assistance Form to let us know your specific questions & needs.
-
Wait for an RCL staff member to reach out and schedule a one-on-one appointment.
- On the date & time of your appointment, bring your device, along with your library card (if needed), password lists and a pen & paper to take notes.
