Richland Community Library

Starting in the fall of 2026, the Richland Community Library will be offering technology help through one-on-one appointments with our staff.

Through these 15-30 minute appointments, patrons can ask questions on a variety of topics and
receive personal assistance & guidance.

  How It Works

  1. Read through the Terms & Conditions before requesting an appointment to make sure that we can help you with your particular question.
  2. Fill out the Tech Help Assistance Form to let us know your specific questions & needs.
  3. Wait for an RCL staff member to reach out and schedule a one-on-one appointment.
  4. On the date & time of your appointment, bring your device, along with your library card (if needed), password lists and a pen & paper to take notes.
