What is Strategic Planning?

Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy. The Richland Community Library's Strategic Plan was been crafted after several months of research, surveys, and discussion. This plan will allow the library to propel ourselves forward into the next few years with a focus on key areas of interest to our community.

Our book drop is located in the rear parking lot of the library, which is accessible though the Richland Eye Care parking lot off of 32nd Street.
