For information on any of our services, please contact the library.

Copying & Scanning Service:

  • Self-service copying is available during standard library hours
  • Cost $0.15 for BW & $0.20 for color, payable by cash or check
  • Only available for copies made on plain paper or cardstock
  • Scanning to a USB or to send via email is available at no cost, however, you are responsible for providing your own storage device
  • Staff may be available for assistance
  • Please note that we are not a copy center. Any specialty copying/printing should be taken to a professional service.

Faxing Service:

  • Faxing service is available during standard library hours
  • Cost $1 per page, with a maximum charge of $5, payable by cash or check
  • Maximum quantity of 20 pages per day
  • For incoming faxes, please reach out to the library before hand in order to set up a pick up and payment method.

Computer & Printing Service:

  • Public computers and printing service is available during standard library hours
  • Computer usage is free to the public and does not require a library card
  • Individuals are allotted at least 1-hour of computer usage a day, but may have more if space is available
  • Printing service costs $0.15 for BW & $0.20 for color, payable by cash or check
  • Printing is only available for prints made on plain paper or cardstock

Notary Service:

  • Public notary service is available to the public and does not require a library card
  • Service is free, but only offered pending staff availability
  • Please call the library before hand to check availability
  • It is suggested that you look over RCL's Notary Service Policy before arrival

Meeting Room Space:

  • Meeting room space is available for free to the public during standard library hours and does not require a library card
  • The Community Room space is available for individuals and groups up to 24 people.
  • The Local History Room space is available for individuals and groups up to 6 people.
  • Space is available on a first-come-first-service basis and can be booked up to 2 months in advance
  • It is suggested that you look over RCL's Meeting Space Use Policy before booking any space

Our book drop is located in the rear parking lot of the library, which is accessible though the Richland Eye Care parking lot off of 32nd Street.
