What Are eBooks?
eBooks, or electronic books, are digital books that can be read on a smart device, such as your phone or tablet. eBooks are alternatives to physical print books.
What Is Digital Content?
Digital content, much like eBooks, is content available electronically on a smart device, such as your phone, tablet, or computer. When we say Digital Content we are often referring to eBooks, streaming audio, such as Audiobooks and music, streaming video, such as movies and tv, and interactive software, such as language learning.
What Digital Content Is Available Through the Library?
Below is a list of digital services available for free through the Richland Community Library. In order to access them, you must have an RCL Resident, Educator, or Paid Membership library card. If you have a reciprocal card, you will need to contact your home library for digital service* access.
*The exception to this rule is CreativeBug, which is available for all reciprocal borrowers, except Galesburg card holders.
