The Richland Community Library (RCL) is committed to promoting the visual and aesthetic enhancement of the Richland community through an ongoing process of rotating exhibits in the Library.
The RCL supports exhibitions that will expand the public’s appreciation of art as well as engagement with artists.
The RCL Gallery is located in the lower level, and includes an adjacent display case.
Larger works are also exhibited on the main level.
